Welcome to Denied Stone Foundation!
We were organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS of 1986 as amended (the “Code”) or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
To this end, the foundation shall utilize a holistic approach in assisting eligible ex-offenders, including but not limited to high risk male and female offenders, juveniles, high risk, disadvantaged and disabled individuals, by providing life skills, education, mentoring, short-term transitional housing, job training, job placement assistance, and other comprehensive transitional services that allow these individuals to integrate and/or assimilate into society safely and successfully.
All funds, whether income or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted to these purposes.
We are currently training in the fields of:

- chartered driving
- upholstery
- lawn services
- construction
- cosmetology
- barbering
